This Privacy Policy and Cookies describes the rules for processing and protecting personal data and the use of files in connection with the use of the Website by Users.
§ 1
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following meanings of the terms below are adopted:
Administrator - LINK VISUALS Limited Liability Company based in Warsaw at ul. Hoża 86/410 (00-682 Warsaw), entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division, under the number KRS 0000618576, with the tax identification number (NIP): 7010577845, REGON: 364476841.
Website – service available at www.linkvisuals.pl.
User - any entity browsing the content of the Website.
GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
§ 2
Personal data
The Administrator is the administrator of the User's personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. In connection with the use of the Website by the User, the Administrator may process the User's personal data described in § 4 of this Privacy Policy. This data is processed for 12 months from the date of its recording.
Personal data is processed on the basis of the voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent given by the User for their processing.
The User's personal data will not be transferred to recipients from third countries or international organizations that do not provide an adequate level of protection. The appropriate level of protection must be confirmed by a decision of the European Commission or another binding legal instrument.
The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to them.
Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against unauthorized access, and its processing takes place in accordance with the rules set out in detail in:
1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§ 3
User's rights
The User has the right to the processing of their personal data, including the right to access data, the right to rectify data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to object to data processing, the right to erasure of data (the so-called right to be forgotten), the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time if the User has previously given such consent. To exercise their rights, the User should send a request to the following address: Langiewicza 16/1, 02-071 Warsaw.
§ 4
Collected information
When the User uses the Website, data concerning the User is automatically collected. This data includes, among others: IP address, domain name, type of browser, and type of operating system. These data may be collected by cookies and may also be saved in server logs.
Cookies are files sent to the User's computer or other device (e.g. laptop, smartphone, tablet) and stored there while browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User's preferences, which enables the improvement of the quality of services provided, the improvement of search results and accuracy of displayed information, as well as anonymous tracking of the User's preferences.
The User expresses consent for the storage or access to cookies by the Administrator on their device using the settings of the browser installed on the User's device.
The User may opt-out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the web browser they use. In such a case, the User's use of the Website may be hindered (e.g. the Website may work slower).
The User may delete existing cookies from their device by using appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose, or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.
Data saved in server logs or by cookies are not combined in any way with specific users of the Website and are not used by the Administrator for the purpose of identifying the User. Server logs are used to administer the Website and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.
Technologies recording anonymously the actions taken by the User while using the Website are used on the Website. These include, among others:
Google Analytics - used for analyzing statistics of the Website;
Facebook Pixel - used for managing and optimizing advertising on Facebook.
Data obtained by these tools are not combined in any way with specific users of the Website and are not used by the Administrator for the purpose of identifying the User. The consequence of using the technologies listed in Section 3, point 7 will be optimization of the Website, its content, and Product offers to the User's needs.

Purpose of using data saved in server logs and cookies
Data provided by the User or automatically collected is used by the Administrator for the purpose of: proper functioning, configuration, and security of the Website; monitoring the status of sessions; analysis, research, and audit of views of the Website.

Final provisions
This document may be subject to changes which may be influenced by the development of internet technology, changes in the law on personal data protection, and the development of our Website. Any changes will be communicated to Users immediately in a visible and understandable manner.
